The Bittorrent web app does not work with Catalina. I have just tried it and you are unable to download torrents. They need to work on it. Folx works fine.

I used uTorrent web but slow download, and than use qBittorent same very slow download and than now I am using Folx and good news Folx nice and fast download.

Folx is the only download manager that works in the way it stated
I guess Folx is the only download manager that seems to work in the way it stated. I`ve tried a tonne of paid and free ones. I had minor issue with this app at first. I emailed the dev, and within a minute I had a reply back. Dev kept the dialog open until the issue was resolved. Thanks, guys!
