using Folx is pretty easy
For my purposes, I used Folx in two ways – to download multiple elements from the internet and to search for torrents. Given that I have some experience (but not a lot) with download managers and peer-to-peer sharing clients, I found that Folx was very intuitive in its uses. If you are completely unfamiliar with the download management system, it can be overwhelming because of all the different settings a user can select. But, if you stick to the basics – search for a torrent, select a trustworthy download, select a download location, and timing for the download – using Folx is pretty easy.
Crashes in Catalina
Must Force Quit and Reinstall. Eltima makes it impossible to submit support ticket and they’re ignoring Twitter messages.

Folx supports macOS Catalina. We need to take a look at this issue in more detail. Please contact our support team via email support@electronic.us and send a crash report which you receive. As for Twitter, you are right, we don’t provide support via Twitter.
