Great player
With the previous video player I’ve installed, unnecessary software was installed, Homepage and Search Engine were changed. All happened without asking for permission! I was sooo angry. With Elmedia I didn’t have this problem. Like it.

Alternative to VLC for macOS
Elmedia is a rather good media player for Mac, however, VLC is still my go to media player and has been for at least 10 years. It’s super lightweight and has everything it needs right out of the box. The default UI is a bit dated but UI has never stood much ground over functionality in my opinion.
